As can be gathered from forms 254 and 255, most recently Suelos has been involved on two
of the most ambitious projects in PR, while at the same time providing service to other
private and government projects.
Suelos is a Geotechnical consultant for the Northcoast Superacueduct, a project designed
to provide the San Juan Metropolitan area with 75 Million Gallons per day from the
Dos Bocas lake in Utuado through approximately 50 miles of reinforced concrete pipeline.
Suelos is also a consultant for the
San Juan Metro Light Rail system, (Tren Urbano), a system that encompasses approximately
15 miles of elevated, at grade, and tunnel sections for the system. The Geotechnical
exploration and laboratory testing both for the Superacueduct and the Tren Urbano projects
are being conducted concurrently. These are design-build projects with very
strict deadlines and where a Geotechnical Design Summary Report (GDSR) is the foundation
to the entire projects.
The following table lists various projects, past
and current, where deadlines were met, and in some cases surpassed.

Most of
these projects were performed concurrently due mainly to our ability to assign full-time
Geotechnical engineers or geologists as project managers, under the direct supervision of
Eng. Carlos Rodríguez and Eng. Luis Vázquez.
Suelos, Inc. also has
the ability to expand from 5 drilling crews (normal operation) to 8 drilling crews at any
given time within 10 days after receiving notice to proceed.
As mentioned on the
supplement to evaluation factor no. 2 (Equipment Available to the Firm), Suelos, Inc.
fully owns 13 drilling rig equipments. Besides having the available manpower to assemble 8
drilling crews, we have the added advantage of being able to replace drilling equipment
entirely with similar equipment should mechanical failure impair the equipment beyond a
normal repair by our mechanic. The replacement of equipment shall be made within 24 hours.
